Attended a talk today in school and this guest speaker said something which i think is very true..

'Qualification; that piece of paper only opens the door for that particular job entry which means that piece of paper is only worth the value of your first month salary. It does not affect whether you're going to promote or any salary increment. All those are based on your job performance.'
